Migs, In my professional opinion, not all situations require punitive measures. Sometimes, corrective measures are implemented. And, in this case, I think that the school is evaluating their current processes and refining them so that something like this never happens again. Why is it, that America always wants to "punish? Let me sum this up for you with one word: Evil At first thought, I was going to say ignorance, but the truth is - these racist individuals (key word) are not devoid of the fact that you can't judge an entire race based on a few criminals. If this were so the case, all whites would be deemed pedophiles, suicidal, and serial killers. It's just not the case. So what's left to describe the race dilemma? Evil in their hearts. I really feel sorry for this guy. He's in a very difficult place right now. He really doesn't have a fighting chance of staying out of jail, or getting bond because of his wife's fear.
