I don't get them often but man, or gal when I do they feel like someone split my head open with a Texas Chain Saw. A living trust is one way to go, you don't own anything, the trust owns it all IF you put it in the trust. Auto insurance companies don't like that but if you register your vehicles into the trust and remove your name they still have to insure them. Bank accounts into the trust, stock, bonds, home just stick most things into it. Now the VA can clearly see your a poor soul and you will quality. Do have one small checking account in your name or yours and the wife. A blind trust works to but then you better have 100% trust in who is managing it for you or you will be out everything. It is now 3;35 PM and we are back, unloaded and bone tired but the day is not over, got a few replies to do and some orders to take care of. Then I plan to do nothing the rest of the evening. Beer would make me drunk faster then anything but then I don't touch the stuff or any soda either so not worried about it. Tough question, is she going to point to the front door and say pack and leave? if so and she means it might aw well keep all doors open since you will need some comfortable soft things to smooth your ills away. JNelson, (can't see if there is an i in your name or not but I wiped the slate clean here. I also can understand and agree with you on what your saying now and as for posting on other forums sounds like a way to as you said, it broadens ones experience and you get many opinions from across the USA. If I had more time I might do that but my time is limited at times. Hard to tell with the way I come and go but home office so easy to pop in here.
