Nope it never ends!! I turn forums like this in to topix everyday some get pulled and some dont. Ive read some say this is supposed to make mullens a better place to live. All I did was state what we can do as editors, to answer the question that was asked. I dont know what the laws are but i do know because I have been asked so many times about this, that I was told by my isp that a judge would have to issue a warrant for the ISP to give up info on someones ip address. With an IP address all you can find out is the person internet server but no personal info on them. It would be up to the police or a judge for that to go any further. Btw I was also told there hasnt been a case YET that a judge would issue a warrant for to dig up the persons personal info from a site such as this one. I dont know for sure that any of that is the gospel I am only stating what my ISP told me a few months ago when i asked. I was curious myself as to what could really be done. All the forums in small towns are like this. Pineville and Oceanas is worse if you can believe that. It cant all be stopped, i think thats why it is a choice to be anonymous. All we, as editors can do is report to topix which ones we think need to be removed. We cant remove them ourselves. This topic has gotten way off topic as most do that are started about news. I reported this one along time ago. Long before the names of people in the last few posts happened. All i can do is try again, and i will. Good grief Tom i believe Rebel was trying to unite instead of seperate. You are pinevilles example of the same crap we have here in mullens. People pointing out...pineville does this...mullens does that.... Who cares who carried the load. You can ask Nick, Justin, Jason , Cory, Blake or any of those boys who played last year or this year. They are 1 team and they were champions TOGETHER. People all over this state follow wyoming county baasketball. Mostly to see what happens when East and west clash. The fact is when our jr.high kids get to east we have the best playing together to hopefully bring attention to our warriors. the KIDS at East get it!!! Why cant you!!! (May 13, 2008 | post #38)
