walmart policy or laziness?

It's only Walmart's fault in that they don't have bag boys at every register, which is no problem by me. I do think you need to not complain about them doing their job(probably as they're told) I will agree that they shouldn't roll their eyes, but you probably roll your eyes from time to time when people are slow, too. They probably don't load your cart for you because you don't need them too. Your perfectly capable unless your disabled. Also, their roundabout bagging station thing blocks them from doing much without leaving their post, which is probably against store policy.  (Sep 28, 2012 | post #5)
