You can thank Steve Rothmeier for the Cheechi Wilson buyout. He made our company too attractive for a buyout ie.. no debt, planes were all paid for, prime property over in Japan. It's sad to see how over the years this Company has deteriorated. (Jul 10, 2009 | post #122)

*****************N EWS FLASH************* ********* I have the answer to our economic mess. I know some of you have heard this suggestion but I never hear it on the news. Why doesn't the government give each homeowner $150,000. This in turn would allow some folks to pay off or pay down their mortgage. The banks would get their money and people with left over cash would apply that towards a new auto, or pay for their kids college. Why are we continually throwing money at these institution that really haven't changed their business plans and our still losing billions of our dollars. Food stamp recipients scramble for food
Why not have a "checks and balance" on this whole food stamp issue. We should have the recipients of food stamps do community service, or have them volunteer thier time at churches or schools. We should make it mandatory that these individuals cannot spend there food stamps on cigarettes or beer,and they cannot sell them as well. My mother taught me, there is nothing in life for free, you have to work very hard to get a head in life, and I've always lived by that principle.
