I started the shots last Sunday and this morning I have already lost 3 lbs. I definitely feel the energy boost and have been exercising more. Also, I have been taking the herb Milky Oats for anxiety and I feel like it is really helping as I am definitely an anxiety eater. I followed the advice of my acupuncturist and am eating small portions more frequently - five to six smaller meals a day rather than three big ones. I am dreading the weekend a little as I have two events that involve eating and alchohol - Just have to keep telling myself not to erase the progress I am making! I just got my b12/lipo kit. My friend who is a physician's assistant will give me my first shot today. Will let you all know as this is the very first time I have used it. I have heard such good things about it and am thoroughly ready to do whatever it takes to lose the weight. I have like 50 lbs to lost. Will post progress. Good luck to all! Milky Oats works wonders...

I finally took my acupuncturists advice and began using the herb milky oats for anxiety. Since i am so used to taking meds, i have never been much of a believer in herbs but i can't believe how much better i feel. I wanted to share this with this forum - i know different things for different people but this is definitely worth a try.
