Does anybody owe you money?

One cannot obtain a judgement "against " real property, except for a mechanics' lein. A court money judgement is a collection tool of sorts...you can lein assets like a bank account, wages...you CAN lein real property with a money judgement but you must stand in line behind the mortgage, taxes, and other leins before you actually collect, if you ever do.  (8 hrs ago | post #10)
