IMO, We should be leaving. This dithering is a clear sign that he's not in it to win but to reach a certain threshold (good or bad) then pull the plug. Ask yourself a question. If he was in it to win, this decision would have came 2+ months ago because there's a good chance the Generals will NEED MORE TROOPS in a year or 2. Obama is not prepared to do whatever it takes which means he's NOT prepared to win. His definition of winning is questionable as well since I don't know what we're doing there Now.
