@Buck absolutely perfect, yes I have dealt with them before with regards to those who thought they were above the law perhaps hmmm I'll have to check ADEM's requirements on this however I'm thinking it to be a local and a zoning matter. What is amazing to me is the pricing -there is none you have to give a lock of your hair and sign on the line before they will even give you a price. Why I wondered so finally I asked they said "it's like this we sell these cars for the banks you know voluntary turn overs not repos voluntary you know?" No I don't know never heard of it,and while there I got to see something else don't know how they get by with their so called scratch off games, this poor old couple thought they had won something since the card they received said scratch off 3 matching numbers and you've won,...well that isn't exactly the case, the old woman left crying,..such things if you have a heart at all give you pause to wonder about the folks behind it. Now I test drove a nice looking bmw there was ready to buy it and a sharp 4 door dodge pickup had the money showed them but they would not give me a price unless I signed on the line. I don't sign anything that I don't understand or that doesn't feel right. So Mr. Ledbetter I guess I'll be heading back to hot lanta where they do business in an intelligent manner like all car dealers do and make my purchase there. or perhaps I'll do your former partner a favor next door and buy something from him. All recent cases I have read in metro Atlanta, and in the boonies of Alabama,and as well in Florida indicate several issues your rights stop when they breech another persons rights,you cannot during any time period regardless of being licensed or not interfere with the health,safety,gene ral welfare of others nor can you violate local and or state laws with regards to noise/damaging another persons body,or simply disturbing the repose/peace of others. The 8am or 9am to 6pm is usually to do with necessary noises such as construction work. All cases I've read locally as well as in adjoining states against such people who violate the peace,and harm physically and mentally adults and children,have been won handily first beginning with the Solicitor/or D.A. then a civil action by the people harmed.
