Valley libraries struggling without state financial aid

I wish Rendell and the others could sit back and watch the amount of people using the libraries. People need the library, they can't afford to buy their books on Amazon, so they borrow them from the library. Computers are used by the public trying to find jobs.  (Sep 25, 2009 | post #1)

Go to the school board and complain yourselves!!! Better yet run someone from Donora in the next election and help him or her win who can stand up to the present yo-yo's on the school board. Budget holdup suspends pre-K program

This whole budget is a huge mess., pre k, school districts, libraries, state workers etc. are being hurt. If I couldn't manage to keep a budget I would be fired. Mon towns to promote tourism

There has to be a plan of attack, you have to offer reasons for business to come to the valley. Business moves in people will follow. There aren't that many grants out there folks. Its going to take hard work from the people around here. Instead of waiting for people to do something, you do it. pick up the trash, cut the grass of the vacant lots, they would make good community gardens.
