Well, let's see...there are many states here that an employer can fire you (or simply not hire) based on sexual preference. I am not allowed to file my taxes jointly with my partner though we live in the same household. I am not (legally) allowed to marry my partner before man and God. I am not allowed to sign my partner into my benefits packages given to me by my employer due to sexual preference. Is this enough, or shall I go on? (Jul 16, 2007 | post #1424)

Rex, I agree with you perfectly. I didn't know much about the story until I read what you posted here. It is such a sad tragedy to hear that one cannot even keep to themselves and family and enjoy a picnic in the park. Sounds like America needs to redirect some the National Guard to such districts to enforce our laws instead of catching the occasional "immigrant worker" trying to make a better life themselves and their family. You definately have a misperception of gay guys all together. When a guy (gay or straight) preys on little children; they are no longer a "homo" or "hetero" ...they are simply a pedophile.
