A Documentary on History Channel gave information regarding human embryos that were planted into monkeys back in the 1950's and 1960's. (Maybe even longer before then) I for one do know that nurses and doctors have visited such institutions with mutated humans around the areas of Ohio, Washington D.C and even in Missouri.
