Again, I gottta jump in here. If you were really Jewish, you'd certainly not post any reply to (nor, and more to the point, in accord with) this moniker. If any of you people generally had any sense, you'd offer citations with your facts to help everyone be more informed. Instead it becomes a soapbox to incite and progress anger and hatred. I'm ashamed of all of you and you all should be ashamed of yourselves for behaving so poorly. Also, the DOJ/UCR reports show crimes in line with racial percentages in the US. The issue is with arrest rates and incarceration rates. African Americans are incarcerated more frequently and for longer periods than Whites. What's more, Hispanics spend the longest sentence time in prison (according to the time sentenced) All the information is out there, online, and free for the looking/understand ing/use of we the people. Facts from US DOJ/UCR reports are that crimes are commensurate with populations (ie 62% white and 62% white offenders, 12% black and 12% black offenders) The twist is when one looks at arrests and incarceration rates. That is where the skew happens and why 48% of our prisons are populated by black men. I started reading these comments and quickly realized that people like Kramer and Valkyrian Ride, et al can skew facts and sadly 'blame' someone for things out of their control. One fact is that African Americans are the only population in the US that did not come here of their own volition. This said, they have, as a race, made more improvement on their own behalf than any other group (including Europeans ~ aka Caucasians) Another fact is that African Americans, although only 12% of the population, are committing an equal amount of crime as Whites. The truth is, and criminal data supports this, that African Americans are ARRESTED at a 60% or better rate and are CONVICTED at a higher rate than Whites. Thus, the near 50% population of Blacks in prison. Then, everyone complains about what whiners inner-city Black women are ~ on welfare, etc. When White society through the US government and the criminal justice system have forced them into the undesirable position of single parent with little or no economic opportunity. And don't get me started on inner cities lack of decent food sources! NYC has NO grocery stores in impoverished neighborhoods (Brooklyn, specifically) and whose fault is that!?? Look, if you wnat to know a fine history of how it is all happening (and be prepared to throw up a few times while you read it~what has happened in American History is disgusting for the most part) read All God's Children by Fox Butterfield. What a bunch of maroons. First, you don't eat where you poop so why should a baby, who's food is at hand have to vacate to eat? Second, the boob is the baby's food source and jeez, that's it. What everyone is making a big deal about is how convoluted society has 'made' the breast to be. Sexualizing it all over the place when it is merely a place for babies to eat. Third, if there were true equality, like the toilets for men and women (and some for 'tweens/families) there would be "restaurants " specifically for nursing mothers and their babies. But there's not. In fact, if a parent brings out a baby bottle, nobody says boo about it. Hmmmm. Seems a closed case and a bunch of perverts showing themselves and their ignorace about women. Yep! That's what I'm talkin' about. I know of a drummer who had his career ended 'cuz of one gig where he drank too much, got popped and the cuffs were too tight, they laid him on his stomach and his system has been messed up ever since, along with nerve damage to his wrists. Apparently, one of the cops put his knee on the cuffs in the middle of his back which caused the problems. I'm just sayin' [still] (Friday Jul 18 | post #57)

Dood! If a perp is commiting a crime and 'falls asleep', it is, IMHO, kinda like a big clue that there is something really wrong with that person. Cops are not doctors and, as I understand the proceedure to be, if there is some medical issue at a crime scene and the suspect is not right, they need to escort him to the ER asap. Not only to avoid lawsuits from having some questionability as to why he died at the scene but also because he could have some disease or ??? that the cops surely don't want infecting everyone at the scene. It's lawsuit, not "suite" and yse, it is exactly the kind of problem guys like 'evil todd' think brings out the conspiracists. Y'see, when someone breaks into a home, 'falls asleep' and the cops don't rush 'em to the hospital, well, that is neglect of their duties, plain and simple. To keep a suspect (apparently caught in the act) at the scene instead of processing it while the suspect is taken to get checked out is as inappropriate as Guzman's slapping around citizens outside police tape areas.
