Intelligent Design: Coming To A State Legislature Near You

Just a curious statistic I thought worth repeating. I've been doing a bit of caffeine before bed lately so I can have more dreams and just barely entered my own dream this morning before waking. When I do get in as both first and second (third) person, I'll give a full report. By the way: right.  (15 hrs ago | post #34033)

Do not be concerned. Dreams cannot hurt you. According to a current PBS special 86% of men have dreams of sex with someone other than their spouse but only 80% of women.  (15 hrs ago | post #34025)

Not to you of course. Your entire world view must be filtered through the lens of biblical literacy and thus nothing you say makes any sense at all.  (23 hrs ago | post #18670)

That is not a source. All I can find is that the 'Acts of Andrew' were written by "Leucius, called Leucius Charinus by the Patriarch Photios I of Constantinople in the ninth century. (It) is the name applied to a cycle of what M. R. James termed "Apostolic romances"[1] that seem to have had wide currency long before a selection were read aloud at the Second Council of Nicaea (787) and rejected." - wiki Note the words 'romances' and 'rejected'. Your 'history' was not made up until the 14th century. Typical marksman. I am going to coin the term 'born againism'.  (23 hrs ago | post #18669)

In that case, you said seventy years is 68 years. That is not the least bit surprising, coming from you. Don't forget. You still got the wrong date for captivity. Was that subterfuge or ignorance?  (Yesterday | post #18644)

You are the one who came up with that St. Andrew story. Perhaps you could validate your source. Perhps not. You are by far the most prolific source of tomfoolery in this forum.  (Friday | post #18625)

Perloff went on to say, “Survival of the fittest does not explain arrival of the fittest,” and that, “[the theory of] evolution is just speculation on the past and should not been seen as scientific fact.” - James Perloff at John Birch Society meeting The 'Free Rupublic' cretins almost make the Birchers look tame.  (Thursday | post #2)

Your date for captivity is wrong. Hebrews added approximately 7 months every 19 years in order to keep their calendar in agreement with the solar year.  (Thursday Nov 26 | post #18554)
