Blast victims to get face-lift through cosmetic surgery in J-K
Srinagar, Nov 5: Sensing the increasing number of militancy related injuries like bomb blasts in Jammu and Kashmir which has left many victims with facial injuries, a seminar was organized here to make the doctors aware of the latest treatments and equipments to treat such cases.
