Mark Rutter and Tim Rutter , of downtown St. Louis marketing firm Group 360 , fired a female employee because she was pregnant, a lawsuit filed last month alleges. Amanda Eden-Fox , who held the title of executive group account director at Group 360, alleges that after informing President Tim Rutter in August 2012 that she was pregnant, he assigned a large client account to a male account executive even though he had previously promised it to Eden-Fox, according to court documents. In August, the company closed on a property at 1615 S. Kingshighway Blvd., near the corner of Kingshighway and McRee Avenue. Tulsa-based QuikTrip bought the property from Dennis and Julie Coleman , owners of Engineered Fire Protection, who occupied the site together with their tenants, ACOR Materials Inc.
