A criminal investigation was underway today into how a synthetic drug ended up in bread distributed by a Santa Ana bakery, sickening more than 30 people. The victims ate "Rosca de Reyes" bread, a fruit cake traditionally eaten on Jan. 6, Three Kings Day or Epiphany, according to Santa Ana police and the OC Health Care Agency. Comment?

Health care Authorities are investigating the source of a Three Kings Day Cake that made nearly 40 people sick with unusual symptoms including hallucinations. Made by Cholula's Bakery in Santa Ana, the fruit cake was delivered to 10 stores including two in San Juan Capistrano and one Long Beach. Comment?
