Wawryk, a familiar face in Sag Harbor, where he presided over the restaurant Page at 63 Main, often darting out from the doorway to buttonhole a passerby to voice a complaint about village government or wax on enthusiastically about his latest business venture, died on Sunday, April 12, at Stony Brook University Hospital.
