It's one thing for a company to make a consumer product for the sake of profit. It's quite another for the currency of that sale to go toward the public good. It's the latter – the contribution to the public good, which FitzSimons, as founder and CEO of the Gigunda Group, a marketing company that essentially attaches a brand to a purpose, wants for a company. Comment?

Nothing gets by PolitiFact, not even Republican Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's claim earlier this year that he paid just $1 for a Kohl's sweater. Walker, considered by many to be the front-runner for the 2016 Republican presidential primary, said in January before an audience in New Hampshire that there was a time in his life when the word "thrift" was not in his vocabulary. Comment?
