I believe that Citizens of Ebey's Reserve spokesman Michael Monson has a Facebook page called "Eye on Congress District 6 WA." When I asked about this on the "Eye on Congress District 6" Facebook page, his response was, "Your presumption is unfounded, Isabella Scotts." Comment?

The city officials purchased the 35,000-square-foot building, which once housed JC Penney, for $2.6 million last year. The intent is to use the parking space in back of the building, which is adjacent to Windjammer Park, as the site of the new sewage treatment plant. Comment?
