Exxon Mobil Corp. has doubled the number of houses that it has offered to buy after a pipeline ruptured in a Mayflower subdivision, dumping an estimated 210,000 gallons of heavy crude oil into the neighborhood, drainage ditches and Lake Conway, but the company still won't buy any other homes in the subdivision unless numerous conditions are met.
