At the May 5 City Council study session, Stu Schreiberg of the Improv Corporation and Dwight Manley, a major Brea Downtown property owner, gave a brief presentation of a proposed Brea Improv that has little resemblance to the present one on Brea Boulevard. The new Improv would move to the corner of Brea Boulevard and Birch Street, presently housing Old Navy. Comment?

Anthem Blue Cross , one of the state's and the Bay Area's largest health plans, has named a new president to succeed Mark Morgan , who left last month for Amgen Inc. Replacing Morgan is J. As a controversial vaccination law prepares to clear its last hurdle in the California state Assembly, a major supporter of the bill says opponents encouraged the stalking and threatening of its employees and lobbyists.
