    Recent frigid temperatures are taking a toll on a local college's propane supply, causing the university to go into conservation mode and many students to take to Twitter to express frustration, dismay and jokes about the situation. "I'm not a fan of it, but it's whatever," said Joy Endicott, 20, a marketing junior from Hamilton, N.J. "I'm more than willing to throw a hoody and sweats on and deal with it."
