    Two Razorbacks suspended for Texas Bowl

    Senior cornerback Carroll Washington and junior safety Rohan Gaines have been suspended for an unspecified violation of team policy and will miss the Texas Bowl against Texas on Dec. 29. The suspension ends Washington's career. He played in all 12 games this season for the Razorbacks and has 17 tackles.

    Razorback Named to Freshman All-SEC Football Team

    Arkansas freshman center Frank Ragnow was named to the Freshman All-Southeastern Conference team, as announced by the league Thursday. A native of Chanhassen, Minnesota, Ragnow moved to center to begin his freshman campaign after never playing the position before.

    Arkansas-Texas Rivalry Once One Of College Football'...

    An old rivalry is being rekindled later this month when Arkansas takes on Texas in the Texas Bowl in Houston on Dec. 29. The Razorbacks and Longhorns have met 77 times, but the most recent came in 2008, when Texas won 52-10. Arkansas's last win in the series came in 2003 as they posted a 38-28 victory.
