    It's the final week of play in Region 4 and nothing is quite settled as six of the seven region teams are still alive for postseason play. It's crazy thinking through all the scenarios, but that's what you're going to get playing in Region 4. We've talked about all of them, but the bottom line is we have to win.

    DAVIS 4, RIVERTON 0: Madi Garlock led the Darts with two goals in the win over Riverton. Haylee Cacciacarne and Regyn Youngberg also contributed goals, and Abby O'Brien earned the shutout.

    High school football: American Fork clinches Region ...

    American Fork already has a spot for the playoffs secured, and Wednesday night the Caveman wanted to win the outright Region 4 title. American Fork did just that - and went undefeated in the process - behind running back Zach Katoa who had another game of rushing for over 100 yards and scoring a pair of touchdowns to top Pleasant Grove, 30-10.

    Cavemen close out region play as champions

    With a balanced effort on offense and defense, American Fork started its scoring attack in the first quarter and hit paydirt in every quarter thereafter. American Fork not only beat Pleasant Grove 30-10, but the Cavemen also received the coveted Region 4 championship trophy with a region record of 6-0 and an overall record of 8-1.

    American Fork a American Fork hadn't won an outright region title in 34 years, dating back to 1980. On Wednesday night, behind a strong senior class, the Cavemen ended the drought, capping off an undefeated Region 4 run with an impressive 30-10 romp over Pleasant Grove.

    Pleasant Grove a When a crucial Region 4 volleyball match got underway Tuesday night, it was clear that visiting Lehi had a couple of hitters that could really put the ball away. By the end of the match, with the host Vikings peppering kills from all parts of the front line, second-ranked Pleasant Grove had reversed third-ranked Lehi's early momentum en route to a 25-20, 25-21, 25-9 victory.
