    Forbes leads G-D; Central rambles; Guertin bounced

    After a sloppy star, Groton-Dunstable High School righted the ship for a 34-20 victory over Holy Name Saturday in non-playoff football action at Flanagan Field in Worcester. The Crusaders used an impressive all-around day from sophomore quarterback Nathaniel Forbes, who completed all five of his passes for 142 yards and 2 touchdowns.

    Cullen more than happy to work overtime

    The Lowell Red Raiders took "ground and pound" to a new level Friday night as they rushed the ball on 44 out of 50 offensive plays and snuck out a 29-27 win in overtime against a strong MVC rival in Lawrence. Lowell's star senior tailback Shy Cullen was the star, handling the rock 30 times for 176 yards and two touchdowns.
