"DRINK AT YOUR OWN RISK". THAT IS WHAT THE EPA IS ADVISING AFTER DRINKING WATER TESTED POSITIVE FOR P-C-B's IN SEVERAL HUDSON RIVER COMMUNITIES INCLUDING IN POUGHKEEPSIE, PORT EWEN AND RHINEBECK.
