Small businesses could avoid payments to Mo. injury fund
“The only effect that this bill is now going to have is to destroy the Second Injury Fund of the state”
The Republican-led House voted Tuesday to exempt some small businesses from paying into a state fund for repeatedly injured workers - a move Democrats claim could further worsen its financial stability. via The Topeka Capital-Journal
