On this auspicious anniversary of the fall of the wall, I will post for you a link to a piece I wrote earlier this year for the website of Foreign Policy magazine in which I wrote that it was not Ronald Reagan or Mikhail Gorbachev, or even the Pope, who "brought down" the wall.
