Perhaps no Jewish, Buddist, or Moslems live in the county??? If my memory serves me correctly, I know of only 2 people in RC who are Moslem and they are both Doctors. Should the Christians fund and build the mosques and temples and let them set empty. That would make perfect sense to promote a religion that is in opposition to your own just to serve the needs of "diversity". To quote Field of Dreams "If you build it, they will come".
