There are a lot of gaps, fill them in before making an educated guess and a further assumption.

People be aware of what is going on. This is happening everyday especially in the South. The gap between the really rich and the really poor is widening that, is not by accident. I have been forced to pay taxes since I was 14. But, when I get to retirement age, you tell me I am not entitled. Give us what we put in then, tell us we are not entitled. The Republicans kept their word they tried to keep the president from helping poor and middle class Americans. Trayvon could have been any of us. If we are silent and passive they, will kill us at will with the laws to back them. Put in a referendum to not only get rid of this law but, others that endanger the lives of any human being. I hate the fact that Trayvon was killed in cold blood. But, his life is not in vain. For all those who think live is a designer handbag and a BMW, you better wake up and smell the noose that the Tea Party, SOME! of the Republicans and other groups held together by hate and disrespect for the President of these Un-United States. Young people be informed of your candidates, what they stand for now and what they said in the past and go VOTE! Your college buddies be they White , Black, Asian,Indian, Mexican you ate with them, they helped you study, you borrowed food when you ran out, they cried when you cried about family and school problems, they learned that life is not easy right along with you. What people do is who they are, no one should ever be judged by what they look like or what they wear. You hateful baby-boomers your children will judge you, they will not pretend and continue to carry the hate. THEY KNOW! That there are very intelligent, loving, honest Black, White, Chinese, Asian, Mexican people and all these nationalities can be evil, full of hate, thieves , and murders. It is a choice. Get used to it this is earth and we all live on it. Hey, don't forget to tell somebody you love them. May the God of the Universe Bless and Keep Trayvon's immediate and National Family Always!!!!!!!

I never leave home unarmed nor should you. It is your right as an American to protect yourself, family and property. The no retreat or stand your ground law works. It lets me say "no" to being a victim and let's me take a stand agains anyone who wishes to do myself or my family harm.
Now I don't believe that in this instance this is a stand your ground case. I believe Zimmerman should be charged with 1st degree murder and not make this case about a law that can't apply in the case at all.

I rented a room for May 4th and May 5th at the Travelodge in Pooler, GA on Exit 101 I-5. I spent one night in my room after visiting the beach and doing local things I decided to enjoy Saturday afternoon. Upon returning to the Travelodge in Pooler, GA Exit 101 I95 I pulled into the parking lot and parked my car in the rear of the building. I walked to the rear entrance as I had the night before and my key didn’t work. I walked to the front of the building and there was a strange looking weird old lady with rotten brown teeth sitting down on a curb outside of the motel. I thought she was a hooker based upon the way she looked. The strange woman “asked me if I was driving that way car that just passed by”. Initially was reluctant to answer because she had not identified herself or said who she was. I thought she was a vagabond trying to solicit illegal actives. The woman tells me that I am driving too fast in the parking lot. I looked at her and didn’t say anything. I was not driving fast in the parking lot and there was no reason for this harassment. I continued to walk into the motel ignoring her. The woman then asked me angrily “Did you hear me!!!” I looked at her and asked her “Who are you” and then I asked her if she was the police, her response “No but I can be the police! I can call them and call 911 right now and there is nothing you can do about it. I told the woman to go to hell and that she was crazy. The woman starts screaming what is your room number! What is your room number! That’s when I entered and saw the there was no one at the front desk and the crack head looking woman was Debi the front desk worker. I told her “look I don’t want any problems, I’m just going to my room and to leave me alone” I went to my room and walked to the door and the KEY did not work. Now I realized she had coded my key out of the system and I was locked out of the hotel! I could not understand why this had happened so I was scared and called 911 myself. Debi on the phone with 911 and I was too. The police come and take statements from both of us. Debi tells the police that she did not want me at the hotel because she did not feel safe. The officer asked Debi if she felt threatened and she said no. Then the officer asked Debi to refund my money and she said no. Then the officer asked Debbi why she wanted me out, Debi said, I just don’t want him here. The police escorted me to my room and had me pack my items has Debi stayed downstairs. The officer asked “Why wasn’t his key working” Debi responded “I don’t know but it is now, I just activated it”. I asked for the manager SAM and she said he was out of town, I asked for the regional and district ‘managers she said “there ain’t none” after packing all of my items and being escorted by police I was so angry and humiliated I drove all the way back to Atlanta in the middle of the night.
