What information is needed? That man shot and killed a teenager, unarmed. All that kid had was a bottle of tea and a bag of skittles. He was on his phone with his girlfriend. The man that murdered this child, needs to go to the pen, for life, with NO CHANCE OF PAROLE!

Well, at least you're not being judgemental. You've got all this information at your fingertips and I'd bet good money that you're either dismissing it or not bothering to read it.

I seriously doubt you've got any of that "good money" you reference, on the other hand I do. I have read, everything available and contrary to your belief, there is never an excuse for "cold blooded murder"! This wannabe cop reject spent all of his free time playing cop by heading off Neighborhood Watch WHILE ARMED in a GATED community. This kid posed no threat to him. This guy made about two calls every month for "suspicious characters". Dispatch told him to back off the kid and wait for patrol. I don't care if the kid got up in his face... I don't care if the kid hit him (both of which are highly doubtful). He had no right to pull that gun and kill him. He needs to go away permanently and learn what the justice system is really like. AND the officers that didn't detain him should be suspended indefinitely... at very least.

Just wondering where the National news media was when the two kids were killed in Knoxville...talk about brutally murdered. But you never saw it on the national news. Didn't hear the president discuss that one...

The "kid", who was followed by Zimmerman, turned and punched Zimmerman in the face, knocking him down then jumped on top of him and pounded his head in the ground, zimmerman started screaming for help, witness saw it all, thats when zimmerman pulled his gun and shot the "kid" in self defense, all seen by a credible witness. the neighborhood watch guy (zimmerman) stopped following on foot when told to by the dispatcher and was walking back to his truck when the "kid" (martin) approached him from behind and asked if he had a problem. the same kid was suspended from school at the time for marijuana, his third school susp.

When I was listening to NPR, it was said that witnesses heard a boy yelling for help, and that one of the officers tried to "correct the witness". I am in favor of the man going to prison and possibly the cop getting fired. Still no arrest, wtf? And now since this wanna be cop/killer went all crazy, heat is coming down on Florida's Don't Back Down, which will have more repercussions all because of Zimmerman. Had this been handled properly, and Zimmerman in hand cuffs to begin with, then our Don't Back Down wouldn't be under any bit of reconsideration.

I just want to know where Rev., and I use that term Rev. loosely, was when the Christian/Newsom murder was on the news? Isn't that condoning racial predjuce? If it's such a crime in Sanford why isn't a crime in Knoxville? If the media would quit broadcasting that racist everytime he speaks he would shut up and preach if he is truly a preacher!

you are so right. it was because the young couple were white and the killers were black.

I can't find this information anywhere, strangely?! Not really, it's all made up. Zimmerman has told so many different stories now, even he can't keep up with them. What was the bullet trajectory, that explains it all. Zimmerman was the self appointed "neighborhood watch" person, he was not selected/elected or allowed to participate in the "real" neighborhood watch group", he has a record, same reason he was rejected by the police force. I don't care if the victim was smoking a joint at the time, no excuse is valid or reasonable, to murder an unarmed citizen, ever! When you shoot an unarmed citizen of the US, on a public sidewalk, any public facility, ANYWHERE, it's not "stand your ground law", it's murder!

All Zimmerman did was prevent future crimes. If he was black too, no one would care.

Ignorance is bountiful in the forums since the murder of the seventeen year old boy from Florida. I wonder how many people would have this attitude had it been your child?

My child wouldn't have been walking around a community he didn't live in . All for the protect your neighborhood man I'd bust one in your ass if you jumped on me too
