Susan Oak Hill, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #45 Apr 7, 2012 When a 17 year old kid, who is NOT committing a crime, is walking down the street eating candy, no one should stalk him, confront him, and shoot him when he tries to defend himself. This shooting didn't occur with someone breaking into Zimmerman's house. He simply chased this kid down, confronted him, and shot him. This is still America, and you still shouldn't be able to treat people like this.

He made himself an unofficial one when he decided to bring a loaded weapon on neighborhood watch. He isn't simply a good guy, though. He himself had an arrest record for assaulting a police officer as well as a DUI. Wait, maybe he is a police officer.

Nevertheless if this falls under the stand your ground law, then there is nothing anyone can do. He was in the right. He should not be charge because everybody thinks he should.
