The first inkling of what took place at the location of the crime was it warranted a Neighborhood watch.

That is probably good for all of us to watch for suspicious activity but I think there had been incidents for as long as the watch had been formed.

The only difference between people like Sharpton and Jackson as opposed to the grand dragons of the KKK is the color of their skin and the color of the people they hate.

Well after spending more than 3 decades living among the residents of North GA, I can honestly say that I think this was a racist shooting...

Every one of you slack jaw locals I have talked with about it, has attempted to go to outlandish lengths to explain why this shooting was ok...Well it was not OK..

Just because you are white and a black kid you do not recognize happens through your area,does not mean you can shoot him..

Damn right these people are destroying things and rioting..and you know what...It is justifiable,even down right righteous..

The reply's I get from the racists locals of Union County rang from "He was most likely looking for a place to rob" to "He probably had weed on him"..As if weed is grounds for execution..

I have never been proud of the people of this county, I have seen the worst most disgusting side of humanity come out of this hole in the ground...The conversations I have heard over this subject have led me to a new loathing and disgust for the people of this area..

I never said that it was right to shoot the young man.What I said is that the law should handle the case not a bunch of mad people out for revenge.If one person breaks the law it is not an open door for someone else to do the same.How would you feel it your child got hit with a rock or a bat just because someone chose to take the law in their own hands.By the way this did not happen in north ga. let it be tried in the place that it took place.No one really knows what happened.We have courts to decide that

But the point, gamule, is that the Stand and Shoot law circumvents the law and the trial process. The shooter will never have a day in court.
