No. It should be a state issue & the Federal Board of Education should also go away. NCLB is a joke.
Kids to day are more common sense dumb & less imaginative than they were even 10 years ago.

American taxpayers should not be mandated, required, held at gunpoint to provide an education for anyone, let alone immigrants. PROPERTY TAXES: the tyranny of power to steal by government agency.

No - They are not American citizens! Why should any illegel immigrants have our rights? Why are they even here? Only adults with a work permit should be allowed to be here and I don't even agree to that!
