We need to implement the plan that congress already passed, not go off on some half baked political substitute.

Yes, the Ryan plan does. It is a political maneuver, not any kind of a plan to take care of the bills next time i get stuck in the hospital for a while.

On the contrary. Obama's is a step in the right direction. What we want is a system for paying the bills that comes from a single non profit source. There is no reason for a n insurance company to get a big cut of any bill that needs to be paid. Ultimately what we want is a single payer system that keeps the prices down and keeps it simple. What the Republicans want is a massive set of private insurance companies that costs as much as the health care itself so that nobody can get anything at the doctor or the hospital without paying this vast and avaricious insurance scam first.

Horse droppings. Just look at the Post Office, good example. Fed-X and UPS make $$$$$ not the USPS

Don't be silly. Fed-x and the others don't deliver to everyone in the country every day. Every day the US post office brings me mail. Sometimes UPS brings me something, but it's not every day. The post office will deliver a letter anywhere in the world for a few cents while UPS will deliver the same letter for about ten dollars. Yes, just look at them. It proves that the government does a lot of things remarkably well.
