Ryan Medicare Plan Debate - Denver, CO

Ryan's plan saves Medicare. Left alone Medicare will be bankrupt in less than 10 years. Under Obamacare medicare will be robbed to fund the rest of the program and a panel will be appointed to ration care.

Bottom line, Ryan wants to save Medicare. Obama wants to destroy it.

There were 5 Republicans who voted against it, one was that Texas squirt Ron Paul, they double talk and say things like "it didn't go far enough so I voted against it' You kidding me? anything that may be a improvement can be expanded on later, but you first have to get the ball in play.
Remember that to pay for Obama's medical plan they have to gut Medicare, now who said the Democrats don't care about poor old people?
Watch what they do, not what they say, it's always 180 degrees off.

A Dem plan that will save medicare? Are we talking about the same dems that keep forking welfare and medicaid to illegals? Want to save medicare, get criminals off the tax payers tit.

I forgot to add, I like the plan, it is not so dem...but I worry about what dems will actually do with it moving forward.

FOX news Ryans plan would cut the top tax rate for both individuals and corporations from 35 percent to 25 percent.

Just like I said this plan would give more tax cuts to the rich and lower taxes more for big business.

But you just said yourself that it would cut the rate for individuals too...Trust me, I am a tiny bit skeptical about this plan myself. But only because I see it as a plan that dems are trying to slide it in with open addendums to be modified in the future to fit their real desired goal.

But why would you be against cuts for everyone. Should the tax cut be a higher percentage for Big Business then it is for anyone else? If we tax big business too much they fold from the strain, people lose their jobs and bottom feeder companies swoop in and hire people over seas that they do not have to provide benefits for. Wow! Your data is skewed. When big business pays a high rate of tax, it is pumping a lot more money into the kitty then anyone else. Lets say you make one hundred grand a year at a tax rate of about 12 percent. And Mr Big business is making four hundred million a year at the same rate. Now do the math. If we decrease the tax rate for big business the kitty still gets very fat, and people keep their jobs and get much needed benefits. I know your tiny brain can not wrap itself around this concept, because you are a glass half empty kind of guy.
