There are wells in Texas that were capped by my Grandfather when he was a young man that are still sitting capped, yet we play russion roulette the economy.

Too many jobs would be lost, especially in an area of the country that has been hit hard by this accident. Traditionally, offshore drilling has had a excellent safety record, up until this Horizon explosion......
