People are amused by the recent activity, but what is the local people in this community going to do come election time. Are we going to keep voting for the same and keep with the same results. When it is your turn what are you going to do at the polls? Voters in this county best look very close to who is wanting the fame and glory in local government, and weed out the corruption now. There should be a complete sweep of all local officials in this county and state. It is easy to sit back and say I am glad to see people protest for wrong, but when that vote comes is when you will make the choice to stay with the drama of politics or change it. How about a list of who needs to go in this county. Well maybe it would be easier to list the very very short list of who needs to be re-elected.

Until the root of the corruption is removed then voting will change nothing.http://www.opensecrets .org/lobby/http://www.opensecr ets.org/industries/index.php Propaganda is rampant, keep an open mind that YOU can make a difference by your vote. The old saying money talks and bullyshit walks is exactly what people are going to change in government. The money talked and look where our country is today, now is the time to let the bullyshitters walk right out of those comfort government retirement plans and stand in the unemployment line with the rest of the Americans that have lost it all. There is many Americans that can fill those seats in our local governemnt seats and do a better job. There is many competent Americans that can run the government as well. Get out and vote and be heard! Anyone locally that can contribute to making local governemt a better outcome, I hope they take the opportunity to get out there and strut their stuff, and rid local bullshitters setting at the leadership table in Pulaski County doing nothing but making their agenda a ONE MAN Show, Time to make a difference and clean out local good ol boy system. How many free water park passes, deeds of favortism be paid, and law suits does it take to get rid of a mayor? How many council meetings does it take to have members to keep saying Our hands is tied or we can't make decisions? How many judicial favors and backroom deals does it take to clean out the Courthouse that tax payers are funding? How many cold cases does it take to rid a sheriff? How many years of retirement nest egg does it take to rid a local state representative? Something to think about when voting.

Simply put, your vote leads to either staus quo or change. A staus quo vote is easy, no thought needed. A change vote should be cast based on what change you want to see made to improve your community. Not voting entitles you to having no say as to what transpires in your community, because you didn't care.

I support it, the wealthy's income has increased by 30% in the last 10 years while the income of the middle class and poor and went lower or stayed the same during those 10 yrs. This is going on all over the world and it will effect the way our nation and the world's government deals with it's citizens.

Haven't I heard a lot of people on this site talking about just the opposite of this? Let me see, I believe the words were, the rich made their money and they should be entitled to it. How many times was this posted over and over on this very site? We can go back and bring all of back to remind you. Now you see how the rest of the worlds feels. Welcome to the real world!

Thats fine with me if the rich want keep their money. I'm poor and I want to keep mine to. What I do have a problem with is bailing the butts out without them even taking a pay cut! I have a problem with senators and congressmen who set their own salaries and raises, if I did the crap they did I wouldn't even have a job, little lone get a raise every few months! I am tired of the rich paying into campaign funds for political favors and tax breaks. And just to be quit frank I am a little pissed off about the whole bail out! We the people paid for that but ain't nobody willing to bail us out of mortages that have become impossible to pay, ins that is costing more than a healthy person would spend on health cost ( but you gotta have it, something might happen), student loans that I have never missed a payment on in 12 years and still owe over 15,000. Ain't nobody coming to my rescue when I try to figure out if the check I wrote for my kids lunch money is going to bounce! My spouse and I have decent jobs, decent incomes and we are struggling. Makes me wonder how some people are making it at all! I am the 99% and I stand in solidarity with the occupiers and am grateful to them. They make me proud to be an American!

That is because the rich's income has grown by 30% in the last 19 yrs and we have seen no growth, or even a decline in our income in the last 10 years. There is something desperately wrong with a system that works this way.
