maybe you should attend and try talking to some of them. break free from the corporate mentality and think for yourself

First of all, the United States is not a democracy, it's a republic. This ensures fairness of representation and the preservation of rights. A true democracy would just mean that the majority always got their way.(mob rule)

Here's a bit of insight for those of you who think life is unfair. You're right. There's nothing safe or fair about it. You have to take risk and expend much effort to succeed. Good things come to those who intelligently assess the available opportunities, work their asses off, and never give up. If you aren't willing to do that you deserve your squalid existence.
