The stock market is at 12-7 and yet the unemployment rate is still high. Now,the unemployment rate is a LAGGING economic indicator but the question becomes,"how long should the unemployment rate remain in the negative in the face of an economic recovery"????? There should be a SEE-SAW affect with the stock market & the unemployment rate. The stock market rises & the unemployment rate should fall. That's NORMAL. What's not normal is the stock market rising & the unemployment rate rising or staying the same for an extended period. Like i said,we are in strange economic times.
