He's made YOUR economy worse but ours a whole lot better and if you think we've spent a lot of time on vacation at your expense so far, just wait until you elect him again. LOL!

Yes, let's vote him out of office and give the power back to the idiots that got us here in the first place. Marvelous plan!

I'm voting for the one that in the end will stop dangling carrots over peoples heads, and rewarding the undeserving. For the one that puts people's butts to work, and makes them do without everything, except temporary necessities to simply survive. I think when the new female Mexican president gets voted in and wipes out all of the drug cartels, that all of us working Americans are planning to move down there where the prices are cheaper, buy us a house with servants, gardeners, and nannys, the weather is beautiful, and let Obamer and all of you lazies have this joint!

I can't wait til the masses wake up and realize Republicans don't give a crap about family values or social blah blah blah. They want to be re-elected to make MONEY. Make money for their big business friends. Now don't get me wrong. Democrats cater to wall street. but Republicans are wholly owned by wall street. Obama for four more years! It's gonna happened whether you guys want it or not. Might as well make peace with it.

It comes down to the lesser of the two evils. Republicans are the worse of the two evils. They've proved this to us. Thank you for the lovely economy that even Mitt Romney said wasn't Obama's fault...it was beginning the roll down hill as he hit office. Thank god, he slowed the roll. And now you loonies want to give it back to the people that caused it?? What? That makes no sense. But I guess it takes more than one time before it sinks in... Well hopefully, god-willing we will not endure a republican presidency.

Annoyed, you sure don't know much about government influence over the economy. If you did, you'd know that the President has zero governmental power over our economy. However, Congress has a great deal. Try reading Article 1 Sections 8 and 10 of the Constitution.
You also don't know much about very recent economic history. If you did, you'd know that after 9/11, the Republican-controlled Congress enacted reforms that resulted in great economic growth for several years in a row, until Democrats gained control of the economy beginning in January 2007.
It didn't take Democrats long at all to run the economy off the cliff, and in October of 2007 the stock market plunged and the housing market crashed.
So yes, the economy was in terrible shape by the time Obama was sworn into office in January 2009, but it was his party (with his help as the Jr. Senator from IL) who did indeed cause the problem.
However, we're way past that now. Obama had 2 full years with a rubber stamping Democrat-controlled Congress who was willing to enact anything he wanted. He had every available resource at his disposal, yet he was clueless about how to repair our failing economy.
When Republicans gained control of the House in January 2011, they immediately passed many bills to spur economic growth and revitalize the economy. However, Senate Democrats blocked every one of them, doggedly clinging to their failed ideas that did not stimulate anything, and only resulted in adding trillions to our already unmanageable federal debt. Hell, the Senate Democrats haven't even passed a budget in over 1000 days!
It's time for you snoozers to wake up and take a good look at reality. We've tried the Democrats' socialist plans for 3 years now, and the economy still sucks. There are more people out of work now than ever. There are more people on food stamps now than ever. There are more people living in poverty now than ever.
If you want the federal debt to climb from 16 trillion to 23 trillion over the next 4 years, then vote for Obama. If you want the number of people looking for work to climb from 23 million to 30 million over the next 4 years, then vote for Obama.
Most of us are smart enough to vote him out of office, along with enough Senate Democrats, so that real, meaningful, and desperately needed reforms can be enacted to put our economy back on track, and put millions of people back to work.

Awww. That's cute that you believe that. Now, if you would like to live over here in reality you are very welcome to. I mean, fantasy is fun. But in the real world, the economy is getting much better. No thanks to the Republican No Party. They are having big business withhold jobs to make the President look bad. It's not that hard to figure out.
Like I said both parties can be considered evil, but the Republican party has the stranglehold on evilest of the two. The sooner people realize the better off this country will be. God-willing the yokels like yourself will see the light. I imagine it will take awhile to get the wool away from your eyes, but you can do it!
This country will only regain its former glory with Republicans as far away as possible from power. But go ahead and believe its all "socialism" and Obama that are your problems like Fox News preaches. They are keeping you fed with bread and gladiator fights over there on that "news" channel. It's so sad that man can't learn from his mistakes. But maybe one day you'll realize the error of your beliefs. That takes an open mind so I'm not counting on it. However, with all of that said, I'm glad you are in minority.

You cannot bring a country together for the better if you insist on creating class warfare by demonizing the rich and trying to make the rest of the country feel sorry for the poor. Don't kid yourselves, without the rich there would be even less jobs. Stop stereo typing by thinking all rich people steal 100's of millions in ponzi schemes and all poor people steal 100's of millions in welfare fraud, you sorry hypocrites! Make the laws hash for the people that do commit these crimes BUT ENFORCE THEM!!!!!!

The U.S. Constitution is not fantasy. The reality is that it is the supreme law of the land. If you would take 30 minutes to read it, you'd see how wrong your claims are that the Bush administration caused our current economic woes. But in the real world, the economy is getting much better. It's actually getting much worse. Our crushing national debt continues to grow at an astounding rate and as the value of the dollar plummets, the cost of everything continues to rise. We've all but lost our manufacturing base and are quickly on a path to economic collapse. That's reality. No thanks to the Republican No Party. They are having big business withhold jobs to make the President look bad. It's not that hard to figure out. You're wrong yet again. The reality is that there isn't enough demand for companies to do a lot of hiring, and those that might need extra labor aren't hiring due to the uncertainty of tax rates and the eventual cost of obamacare. Ask any CEO of any major company and they'll tell you the same thing. This country will only regain its former glory with Republicans as far away as possible from power. What recent history has shown us is that Republicans in the 90s actually passed balanced budgets for a number of years. In fact, over the 12 year span when they controlled Congress, they averaged $325 billion per year deficits. In the 4 years subsequent to the end of their reign, Democrats averaged $1.4 trillion per year deficits. It's not even close. Look, Democrats controlled the White House and both houses of Congress for two years. They enacted everything they wanted, sometimes over fierce Republican opposition and majority public opinion. The result? The economy still sucks and we are trillions of dollars more in debt. IOW, Democrats failed miserably. It's time for a change.
