Obama was voted in by the people. Also, the reason the housing bubble exists is people taking ARM loans and expecting the rates to stay low. The amount of debt the people are in with credit cards and loans is staggering. While I do blame Obama and Congress for their choices that only serve their self interest, I also blame the people of the country for living above their means.
