Everyone can now see what the President stands for. Nothing wrong with him expressing his opinion, however, it reflects his standards and goes along with everything else he does. Anything for a vote!

My parents taught me that there was a God. It's evident your parent's taught you nothing.

Why should anyone care if gays marry? Why would they vote to prevent gays from marrying?
Simple. They hate gays.
I'm all for civil unions. I think that homosexuals should be allowed to live together and share the same "legal" rights as married people. If they want to pay higher taxes and fight it out in divorce court when it ends then go right ahead. That's not the issue. Homosexuals spend their whole lives trying to gain acceptance from society. They say they don't care what others think but it's not true. If society offers civil unions then they say no. They can have their own "ceremony" anywhere and anytime they want. No one is going to call the police and have them arrested. It's not good enough for them. They want to force society to recognize it as a "marriage" not as a civil union. They won't be happy until society and the church says it's okay. It's not going to happen.

This thing with hating Gays is wearing thin. Just because someone doesn't agree with that lifestyle doesn't mean they "hate" anyone. Just another defense from those who don't have the mental capacity to discuss the topic!

Voting or speaking against rights for some Americans that most Americans enjoy is completely different than disagreeing with a lifestyle.

You can disagree with homosexuality without taking the hateful step of actively trying to prevent homosexuals from full civil rights.

That's hate. It's personal hate. It's societal hate. It's religious hate. In another word, it's conservative.

Haters are easy to spot. They think calling someone a homosexual is an insult.

For me, I'd rather be gay than conservative.

Again it's your parents fault that they didn't teach you the correct morals.

Sounds like hate to me.

Sounds like hate isn't always necessarily a bad thing.

So then, hating deviants is okay, right?

Thanks for clearing that up.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Libra

You're in an idealistic mood today and only want to see the best in other people. This is typical Libran behaviour, because you aren't good at facing up to harsh reality at the best of times. Today, you're ready to believe that someone is a candidate for sainthood or that they're the best thing that's ever happened to you, regardless of whether it's true or not.
