I believe that if gays, heteros should marry if thay want. let all peoples get along and I bet then we will be blessed. hate and we will never be blessed.

People should have the right to live their own lives without others injecting their religious beliefs in them. Just because their lifestyle is different from ours, it doesn't mean it is wrong. If being gay is a sin, and you believe in God, why would he create people to be gay? I am sure people don't just decide to be gay because it is "cool". I know they are born that way because I have gay people in my family and theya re not happy to be like that. If finding a partner they love makes their lives easier, then leave them alone!!!

We have more important matters that Obama is choosing to over look. Yet it is the same ol game...focus on anything but the real issues.

It wasn't his idea to announce this-he was forced to make that decision. He was unhappy to be asked that question at this time

This country was founded on the principles of religious freedom. Everyone's. Not just yours.

Marriage is a Sacred Union between a Man and a Woman. It is not in keeping with American Morals!

Other peoples sin can definitely affect you and I. If the sin is murder their is a real way it could affect you, if the sin is adultery it could ruin your life so sin can affect u whether its legal or not. Legal sin hmm?? That's some issue, if I was a politician I would steer clear of that one. But honestly where does Obamas faith lay?

I do believe some people choose to be gay but for the most part, people are attrated to what they are attracted to. Some people perfer blondes, some people like big boobs, etc. Since you brought up god, didn't he create everyone???...I believe in equality, something everyone should have

Two comments:

No one is saying that churches will be forced to hold gay marriages.

People need to do a little research and find out which major churches will marry gays. They will be surprised.
