The bible has nothing to do with this. Stop trying to force your religion on others. Trying to ban gay marriage due to what the bible says goes against every principle this country was founded upon. That is exactly why gay marriage will become legal within the next 10 years.

Over the last year the tides have turned. Gay marriage is accepted by the majority of Americans. Each year the percentage of people who are for gay marriage is increasing.

The problem is the current generation has no morales and find it ok. There is nothing acceptable about it. The gays are tying to force it on us much like you say we are with religion. I am totally against gays and gay marriage, stop trying to drag others down with your lifestyle choices. You deserve no special attention because you decided to be gay.

I actually agree with you that they deserve no special attention. They just deserve the rights that every other American has. They will be allowed to marry the consenting adult that they choose to marry.

I have read the bible and it is my constitutional right not to live my life based on said book. It is your constitutional right to live by the same said book if you so choose. Be grateful that laws can't be established based on religion cuz as it stands we have a Muslim in office and your marriage may consist of one man and many women who are to be submissive and covered. Well.. Under the constitution everyone is entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It does not say according to so and so religious beliefs. It means everyone. I imagine it is your generation not mine that has created this economic crisis due to greed. Jesus hung out with the outcasts in society...the whores, the lepers, and poor, sick. He didn't say oh...I don't like these people and their lifestyle choices. He love everyone. I imagine you have your own immorality to deal with...maybe you should read up on the part in the bible that says judge not lest thee be judged.

I dont think people choose who they are attracted to though, but they make the choice to act on it or not. As far as these so called religious people who have filthy digusting mouths, shame on you! Is that the way to bring anyone to Christ? what church do you attend, ill be sure to never visit there. Homosexuality is not contagious, nor a defect. It may not be legal to marry your same sex partner, but no one can tell you who to love. God loves every one, even gays.

Why should a gay person have to make a choice when heterosexuals don't have to make a choice to follow their heart? If you don't choose who you are attracted to, then I find it hard not to believe it has a physiological basis.
