What is really dumb are those who do not understand the law. A marriage is a contract between two people and nowhere is it legal for one who cannot consent to enter into a legal contract, such as a minor, an animal or an inaminate object be a party to any contract, including marriage. Homosexuals, actual human beings, can legally form a contract if of legal age, regardless of gender or color or creed, etc.

I may not be an Obama supporter, but I do favor his choice in supporting gay marriage.
