Because discrimination of 'gays' shouldn't be acceptable in today's society. The term 'gay marriage' is discrimination in itself, after all, no one says 'Oh, I have my interracial wedding coming up'. If people are so blinded by a simple book that was written hundreds of years ago, the how are we supposed to grow intellectually as a whole if people are so busy with things from the past? Discrimination is wrong in general, no matter what the 'Bible' says. It's time that people became more accepting of things, and perhaps that would lead to a better America at least. Anyway, what is wrong with marriage between two same-sex individuals who love each other? I'd say same-sex couples are in more stable relationships, can actually take care of children better than a 'regular' couple. Nothing bad will happen if same-sex people can marry. World War III won't happen, Russia won't decide to attack, and God is certainly not going to 'end the world'. People need to stop being ignorant and just accept this. It will happen eventually no matter what anyone says, and hopefully it'll be happening sooner rather than later.

It insane to think that a sin is now legal. This country is a joke.

Well, it's legal to be rich.
It's legal to eat bacon.
It's legal to wear clothes made of multiple fabrics.

We live in a secular country and your religion is irrelevant to politics.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Cancer

The question of who and what you should believe is never far away today. Someone could easily mislead you, although it's a moot point whether they do this intentionally or not. Or there could be a communication glitch that means no one knows what's going on. Be very careful when handling money because there could be lots of silly mistakes, and if you're really unlucky there might also be some double-dealing too.
