It is disgusting! The Bible plainly teaches against this! Woman was made for man, not man for man or woman for woman!!! It is just plain sick!

Only those uncomfortable with their sexuality would be upset over this. Those who are, care about more important issues.

Agreed! The ones that are half in the closet themselves are the ones that act so "disgusted". ever notice that the truly straight men and women in the world really don't care? Guys that are really straight dont try to act all tough, for them it comes natural.

What does it matter what the Bible teaches about this? In case you haven't noticed, there people of all different religions in this country and they don't all believe the same thing. That's why we leave religion out of government, get it?

No not4real your elevator doesn't go all the way to the top. Religion not in govt comes from The establishment clause it arose during James Madison's efforts to have the constitution ratified. Madison met with influential Baptist preacher John Leland and promised that, in exchange for Leland's support of ratification, he would sponsor several amendments that were ultimately combined into the First Amendment. The Establishment Clause was established mainly as a consensus among all of the religious groups in America during 1787, to prevent one religion from having too much influence. NOTE this does not mean nor was it intended to mean that folks should be atheistic or that religion shouldn't be respected. They didn't want religion to play a roll in the govt like it did in England. This just goes to show you disrespectful liberal no it alls that you don't even know why what is what. Or like they say in Mississippi you don't know your azz from a hole in the ground.

Due to the fact that 38 states have passed law banning gay marriage which is over 2 thirds of the country I would deduct that most of the people in the country do not want our country going that route, it isn't the country they want to have. So the leader of the country that works for the people has decided to disrespect over 70% of the people that live in it. He has disrespected our borders. It seems to me that if he can stand there in his president suit and disrespect the country he is finally able to say that a country that had black slaves is a no good country after all and I'll prove it by running it into the ground. I'll spend it out of existence, I'll take the borders away, and to really put the screws to this country I want your kids to live next to homosexuals, I don't believe the bible when it clearly states Gods word on the subject. That's the guy you voted for you dumm ies

I can't believe this guy actually got on nationwide television and said "my two daughters who are immature and are not grown up yet, who are children whose brains aren't fully formed yet can't understand an adult matter and I will base my presidential decision for everyone in the country based on two immature girls." That takes the cake. OK everybody two kids are making decisions for you now. How could a person be so idiotic and mindless to vote for that person. How??????????

Gay proud and married to a good man wants to know how you will tell your kids what me and my husband do in our bed. Can't wait for your little kiddies to grow up and be gay like me. yummmmmy yumm yumm You could help us out in the lez gay community by showing your sons what panty hose are now. Lipstick too. Don't forget to tell your cute little boy that when he grows up he should always put lots of lotion on his knees so they don't get to calloused up, might tear the pantyhose. Teach your kids right now yu all and remember obamas two kids told you so.

Does it effect my life in any shape form or fashion? Nope, therefore IDGAF who marries who. My bro who is indeed gay, has an interesting proposition, why doesnt the LBGT community get something other than a "marriage certificate"? Yet it hold the same legal standing and be recognized by each state with the same principle as a "marriage" certificate. Just something to chew on for a while... Think about EVERYONES rights, not just your own.

Listen, homosexuals are everywhere. You may be living next door to a closet case right now. And the Bible clearly states lots of things the moral right chooses to disregard when it's convenient. I don't believe God likes that either, Miss Priss.

Better yet let's just do away with all the special rights and tax breaks heterosexuals receive. Then everyone is equal. That's really what all this "marriage equality is really about. If heterosexual people don't want gay people to be "married" then lose the benefits that go with it. Everyone deserves equal rights under the law.

True. I think that everyone deserves to be happy in life. If someone isn't happy with their life, then they need to evaluate their life and make necessary changes to make it right.

I'm sure no one wants my opinion but here it is anyway. LOL

I do NO support gay marriage because I believe the Bible when it says that homosexuality is a sin. I feel like it undermines the traditional marriage and I think America is heading down a one way street to destruction when we allow sin to dominate.

BUT..........I also do not feel that I have to right to tell someone else how to live. I believe with all my heart that I have the RESPONSIBILITY to try and get people to turn back toward God.

I also agree with the constitution when it says that ALL MEN are created equal....

I have 2 gay friends who tell me that they KNOW in theor heart that this lifestyle is sinful, just like adultery, fornication, drunkeness or any other sin and one of them has CHOSEN to NOT live that lifestyle even though they say they are gay. They do not want to miss Heaven over a few hours of pleasure here on Earth. I applaude her for that. To me, it's no different than remaining abstinent outside of marriage.

I will vote NO everytime I can on this.....

So, all that said.. I believe it is wrong but I don't have the right to MAKE others live a different life because I don't agree with their choice.

I agree with you when you say that God probably doesn't like choosing HIM when it convenient. BUT...remember just because "homosexuals are everywhere" still doesn't make it right. Murderers, drunks, dopeheads, rapists, etc are also everywhere.

God said that those who to get to Heaven will be "few."

I want to be one of those few.

Indeed, I say compromise, the LGBT community gets something like a Civil Union Certificate, instead of a Marriage certificate, that way the Christians may keep the Sanctity of holy matrimony and two people that live each other may get married and be recognized as a legal union by the state/federal government.

And one thing I have to ask as the instigator here... Christians get divorced every day, isn't that against the bible as well?…
