it should be legal.

it is way overdue for this country to go ahead and legalize it already, you would be amazed how many "professionals" smoke it, when I am sick with stomach problems, when I can't sleep, when I can't eat, when I have anxiety, it only takes a little weed to help or cure it, how many prescription pills would your doctor prescribe for each individual condition? one joint takes the place of overly prescribed pills.. time for a local 420 right about now.

Why is it illegal anyway?

100% support and can somebody explain what is wrong about Marijuana,where as tobacco the most dangerous plant which cause cancer is rather legalized. My primary doctor can advise me to restrain from certain food eating habit but I can refuse to follow the orders, the reason is all plants are given freely to mankind for use.

ok so how many times do you hear of ppl dieng or crashing there car or doing anything stupid when there high on pot.... not many at all. But now how many ppl do you do you see that get injured or do something stupid when there drunk or high off of a hard drug <ALOT ....personally i think they should start worring about the more important things that are going on and not pot....nobody is getting hurt or dieng over a ganja acident< its very rare. And personaly i smoke pot smoked it all thru high school and i was in honors all the way up untill i graduated it keept me focused sure you may forget certain shit but it isnt anything like drinking or any hard drug....I THINK THEY SHOULD LEGALIZE IT PERIOD.LET PPL GROW THEIR OWN SO IT WILL STOP ALL THE IMPORTING OF MARIJUANA.

To take away funding from mexican drug cartels and turn it into tax revenues for our schools

We waste far to much money prosecuting people whom are marijuana users. It is ridiculous that it is illegal and alcohol is not. Far more people are injured or killed due to alcohol abuse as opposed to marijuana smoking.

The government needs to stop making people suffer because of their idiotic laws. Anyone who is against it is a simpleton who hasn't done their research.

My friend and I just moved back to MA from Arizona and since he NEEDS marijuana for medicinal reasons, I'm trying to find a connection for him. He is really sick at the moment so it would do a world of good for him. Can anyone help? Be well...

I've been a cop for 11 years and worked 32 accidents where the cause of the accident was because someone was high on pot. In 11 of those wrecks, someone died, sometimes more than one. 4 of those were children.

I believe many people would benifit from the legal use of medical marijuana. I also think it would create a wonderful oppertunity for back yard growers to create a bussiness
